Major redevelopment works at the Allianz headquarters in Trieste. The interventions take place on the "Palace" the main body and the two side buildings. Stripout and restyling works are carried out on the building, including the lowering and demolition of the entire sixth floor carried out with concrete cutting/sectioning operations at height (disk and wire cutting and subsequent translation with a site crane). The lowering of the top floor of the building required the construction of substantial provisional works to protect the floors below. In fact, everything took place while the lower floors of the building remained active at all times, housing the company's approximately 2,000 employees. Work performed under LEED certification.
