01.
SURVEY
Armofer Technical Management carries out an accurate inspection to evaluate the site, the structures, the works to be carried out in order to prepare the operational plans, the quote, the work phases and all the needs of the future site.
02.
SITE SET UP AND SAFETY (POS)
Taking over the areas, our technicians provide for the safety of the structures and the setting up of the offices in the field. Our H&S Manager prepares the Operational Safety Plan (POS) so that everything is ready to start. At the same time, our Logistics Service organizes all the resources, means and equipment necessary for the correct and most efficient operation of the site according to the work schedule.
03.
EXECUTIVE DESIGN OF INTERVENTIONS
Our Technical Office prepares the executive projects of each intervention to be carried out: Work Plans, Operational Plans, Demolition Plan; Operational Procedures of Intervention. They are shared with the Client, the Management, the Safety Managers and all the actors involved in the operational process, including the external control bodies.
04.
TRANSPORT AND TESTING MEANS
Our Service transports vehicles and equipment to the construction site and tests the demolition machines with the equipment chosen for the work to be carried out. We also arrange for the internal roll-off service for the proper transfer and disposal/recycling of materials.

STRIPOUT AND SELECTIVE DISASSEMBLY
We get into the heart of the operation:
- selective dismantling and deconstruction
- soft stripping services (floor, windows, fittings…)
- cleaning up
- segregation and classification by CER codes

ASBESTOS/AVF MANAGEMENT & REMOVAL – COMPACT
- securing covers for disassembly
