10 May 2023, or Safety day 2023 for LendLease, currently working on the largest urban regeneration project in Lombardy: MIND, on the expo 2015 site.

Always strongly focused on safety, but above all on the widespread dissemination of the 'safety culture' on construction sites, Lendlease organised a day of games, lectures and discussion on the topic of construction site safety as part of an intense week of events (over 200 events on the agenda) at Academy Triulza.
The day involved all the companies that in various capacities worked for LendLease on construction sites and ended with the awarding of Armofer, which, among others, stood out for espousing and embracing the values of safety according to Lendlease standards.
The award plaque mentions not only the company, but in particular our own Abdoukarim Gueye, an Armofer employee for more than 25 years, as an example of respect for rules for himself and others, having deeply understood and internalised its values and helped to spread them.

In accepting the award, Abdoukarim told his story within Armofer, a company owned by the Cinerari family that has been in the demolition business for over 60 years. He brought his own direct testimony of how the company's values are shared by the entire Armofer team.
